The reason such "clocks" are placed at the front of videos is two fold..

Simply identifying which people were involved with it's production..

(for praise or criticism later..)

Also to identify who should get paid if the video is shown on television..

(nobody in this case as it was NEVER shown on television anywhere)

Sometimes it is also used to "back up" lawsuits when people claim the video

They worked on (made) actually EXISTED...

Especially if the record company later claim it NEVER did...

(Also in this case as MCA say this never existed to this day..!)

Or in some case the actual artist wants to "forget" it too..

(Usually for embarrassment reasons rather than money..)

Always a factor when dealing with Wendy "I Don't Recall Doing That" James..!
